GoodLives is a mental wellness company providing online counselling and therapy services to individuals and corporates seeking support for their mental health and wellness. The following terms and conditions govern the use of GoodLives’ services and platform.

Use of GoodLives’ services is limited to individuals and corporates. By using GoodLives’ services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Service Provision:

GoodLives provides online counselling and therapy services through its platform. The nature and quality of these services may vary depending on the therapist or counsellor assigned to you. GoodLives ensures that the therapist listed are qualified.

Fees and Payment:

GoodLives’ services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. The fees for GoodLives’ services will be clearly stated on its platform and must be paid in full prior to the start of each session. GoodLives reserves the right to modify its fees at any time. This will not affect any pre-booked session.

Confidentiality:

GoodLives recognizes the importance of privacy and confidentiality in the provision of mental health services. GoodLives will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of its clients’ information, however, the use of the internet and online platforms may result in unintended disclosures. GoodLives assumes no responsibility for unauthorized access to or use of client information through means not intended.

Limitation of Liability:

GoodLives provides its services “as is” and does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, materials, or products included on its platform. GoodLives will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Termination:

GoodLives may terminate your use of its services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of GoodLives’ services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of India.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Jalandhar, Punjab.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

GoodLives reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of GoodLives’ services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
